The space

The open-plan living area is warm and inviting, featuring polished wood floors, a comfortable sofa, and a 42" Smart TV with Netflix — perfect for relaxing after a day out in the city. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for everyday cooking, including a hob, oven, microwave, and kettle.

Both bedrooms are designed to feel calm and restful, with soft bedding, ambient lighting, and a tasteful blend of neutral tones accented by subtle pops of colour. Whether you're winding down for the evening or starting your day, these spaces offer comfort and tranquillity.

The bathroom adds a touch of luxury, featuring dark textured tiles, a walk-in shower, and modern fittings that create a spa-like atmosphere.

Guests enjoy the convenience of self-check-in, lift access, secure gated parking, and a generous amount of free on-street parking, with space for over 15 cars directly outside the building.

House rules

I will require ID from the primary guest. I might require a £100 refundable house rules fees prior to check-in. This is refunded after post checkout inspection and subject to compliance to house rules: no smoking policy, no unauthorized extra guests, no noise/laud music during quiet times 8pm - 8am, no parties.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire apartment including the exclusive sitting area leading up to the apartment.

Interaction with guests

We provide a 24-hour self-check-in service. A code will be provided for the key lock, and thereafter, we can be reached via message or phone call at all times.

Other things to note

Check-in time is usually after 3 pm, and check-out time is usually before 11 am. We offer a range of extras to make your stay even easier. Early check-in/Late check-out (£10/hr), pet cleaning fee (£20), travel cot hire (£20), mid-stay cleaning (£35), and extra linen/towels (£10). Need groceries pre-stocked or luggage storage? Just let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to arrange it.
