I will require ID from the primary guest. I might require a £100 refundable house rules fee before check-in. This is refunded after post-checkout inspection and subject to compliance with house rules: no smoking policy, no unauthorised extra guests, no noise/loud music during quiet times 8 pm - 8 am, no parties.
The entire apartment is available for guests including the sit-out area leading to the apartment entrance. However, we only provide beds and beddings for the number of guests booked.
We provide 24 hours self-check-in facilities to avoid unnecessary contact and after then can be contacted by message or text.
Check-in time is usually after 3 pm, and check-out time is usually before 11 am. We offer a range of extras to make your stay even easier. Early check-in/Late check-out (£10/hr), pet cleaning fee (£20), travel cot hire (£20), mid-stay cleaning (£35), and extra linen/towels (£10). Need groceries pre-stocked or luggage storage? Just let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to arrange it.
